For those new to Microsoft and IT certifications in general, there are several different software products from Microsoft in which someone can achieve an MCSA. These are as follows:

Windows Server 2012
Windows 7
Windows 8

SQL Server 2012
Office 365.
To achieve an MCSA in Windows Server 2008, one must pass exams 70-640 Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring, 70-642 Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring and 70-646 Windows Server 2008, Server Administrator.
