How fast will I receive my voucher?

Can I use this voucher online or at Pearson VUE?
Yes. CompTIA exam vouchers can be used for either an in-person exam at a Pearson VUE testing center or an online exam through Pearson VUE's OnVUE remote testing platform. During scheduling, simply choose the testing option that works best for you.
What happens if my voucher expires?
Exam vouchers must be used before their expiration date. Once a voucher expires, it cannot be extended, replaced, or redeemed. We recommend scheduling your exam well before the expiration date to avoid any issues. Please review the expiration information listed on the product page before purchasing.
What is Retake Assurance?
Retake Assurance provides peace of mind by including a second exam attempt if you do not pass your first exam. If you are unsuccessful on your initial attempt, you can use the included retake voucher to schedule a second attempt at no additional exam cost. Retake Assurance must be purchased before your first exam attempt and is only valid for the certification exam associated with that product. Terms and expiration dates apply.
Can I purchase a voucher if I live outside the United States?
Yes. Most CompTIA vouchers sold by GetCertified4Less are valid worldwide, except in India. International customers may be required to pay using a verified PayPal account.
What happens if I fail my exam?
If you purchased a standard voucher, you will need to purchase another voucher for a future attempt. If you purchased a voucher with Retake Assurance, you may be eligible for a second exam attempt according to the terms of the program.
