Delivery Process
Vouchers are sent to your email address within 15-30 minutes of payment approval and capture during our normal business hours (Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST and Sat 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, Sunday Closed) If you have placed an order outside of these hours, your order will be processed the next business day. Regardless of when you place your order the voucher is always sent within 24 hours. If you have not received your voucher within 24 hours, please check your spam filter or contact us for additional help. You may also login to your account to retrieve your voucher number. See below image.
