Mission Critical Professionals Needed

Examplify is looking for Mission Critical professionals who have at least one year of experience in the Mission Critical field for multiple projects, including taking a beta version of a certification exam to qualify as a Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) and developing course content and assessments that align to learning objectives in three- to five-day-long development workshops.

The beta exam will certify that a candidate can perform entry-level operational tasks within a Mission Critical environment, including maintenance, reporting, and incident response. The workshops will develop content and end-of-course assessments for a training program being developed under a United States Department of Labor Grant.

Assistance from subject matter experts (SMEs) for the development workshops is crucial in providing an industry-relevant exam. Potential SMEs must be Mission Critical professionals with at least one years’ experience working a Mission Critical environment or equivalent education.

Mission Critical professionals who take and pass the beta exam will have a Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) certification. The Mission Critical beta exam cost is $50.00 with the promo code MCOBeta15 and 50% off for the first 100 test takers using the promo code MCOBeta100.

Subject matter experts participating in the workshops will receive a stipend for the three- or five-day workshop, travel reimbursement, and meals provided during the 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. working days. Recognition for SMEs includes listing on the CompTIA and Examplify websites, pending full participation in the program.

Only professionals currently working in the Mission Critical field should apply. Candidates who take the exam and subject matter experts participating in the development workshops must sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect sensitive material and processes. Although Examplify appreciates interest from the training community, applications from trainers, authors, or individuals who may profit or materially benefit from knowledge of the Examplify credential content are not eligible to participate. If you have questions about the application process, email examdev@comptia.org.
